On October 1, 2009 at the Annual Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Luncheon, Soo Mill and Lumber was presented with the 2009 Customer Service Award. This award is presented to “a business, which raises customer service to new standards of excellence, and is a model for other businesses in the community to follow.”
